YOU NEED TO USE YOUR PERSONAL OKTA DETAILS
To access GKi:
GKi can now only be accessed via personal Okta accounts, all GKi log in credentials are now redundant and you will need to ensure you have activated your personal Okta account to enable you to access GKi.
To access, when using the BOH PC sign out of your pub Okta account and sign in to your personal Okta account. You can not have both open at the same time.
If you have a Greene King email address this will be the log in credentials you should use to set up or access your Okta account.
For example:
Username: Kbaugh1.gm
Password: ********
All General Managers have a Greene King email, to make sure you know your log in details we recommend you log into your emails on your BOH PC first.
Should your password require resetting, follow the below instructions.
Sign into the BOH PC and sign in using you GK account
Hold down Ctrl + Alt + Del
Select Change a Password
Enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password.
The current suggestion for creating a password is to use three random words with the addition of special characters such as ! or ?
Click Submit
You will then be able to sign into Okta with the new credentials
If accessing on a mobile phone, GKi is not available via the Okta Mobile App and can only be accessed via a browser from your mobile phone, e.g. Safari or Chrome, https://myapps.greeneking.co.uk then logging in with your Okta credentials.
If you do not know the password to your Greene King email please call the IT Service Desk 03333 20 3310 – Option 2 - 7.30am-6pm Mon-Fri who will reset this for you.
If you do not have a Greene King email and need your Okta password re-setting, select Need help signing in? on login in screen and Forgot password? If still having issues accessing please call the Okta Support Team 0800 731 1799 (opt 4) (Lines open Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00).
